Welcome

This is the home of the Docs of Rock, a band dedicated to great music and caring about the community.  As of 2018 we have raised over $1,000,000 for local  charities and are still going strong!

The Docs of Rock kicked off four years ago when lead guitarist Dr. Larry Sykoff, retired Headmaster at the Ranney School, Tinton Falls, made a call to friends Dr. David Lessing, an experienced orthopedic surgeon and gifted bass guitarist, and Dr. Kenneth Grossman, esteemed dermatologist and drummer extraordinaire.  Committed to giving back to organizations that serve the community, the group has since expanded to include the exceptionally talented Dr. Scott Woska, keyboard player and pain management specialist, Erin Patrick on vocals  and  Dr. Kristin Scott, spirited vocalist and veterinarian .

They love performing and sharing their love of music with the world!

Doc's Rock Red Bank for Family & Children's Services!

We performed a charity concert on April 24th at The Downtown in Red Bank to raise funds for the Family & Children's Service, the oldest nonprofit social service agency in Monmouth County.  It was a great night full of laughter, music and fun!  The crowd was great and so many people came the kitchen overloaded & they had to bring in extra food from their sister restaurant!

It was wonderful to get to help out a very worth charity in the area. Funds raised at the performance benefited Operation Sleighbells, FCS’s holiday gift-giving program, which last year served more than 1,600 area children and their families. If you would like to help further, please call Diane Gribbon at 732-222-9111 ext. 134 or visit www.fcsmonmouth.org.

The Docs have now raised over $50,000 for charities in the community!
